$89 minimum. Most jobs are done in one visit. Texts get answered faster than calls, because I am usually on a ladder.
Everything on this list, in one visit, for one price. It is built for anyone with a pile of small things they have been meaning to handle: busy families, retirees, and landlords between tenants.

Materials at cost plus 15 percent, or you buy them and I install. No travel charge within 15 miles of Auburn, $35 past that.

- 3. Pick a timeEvenings and Saturdays, so you can actually be home. I text before I come, and you pay when it is finished: card, Apple Pay or Venmo.

- Plumbing inside a wall, and no gas lines
- Roofs
- HVAC repair
- Jobs over $5,000, which in Alabama belong to a licensed home builder
If your job is on that list I will say so and point you to somebody licensed for it. That is faster for you and it keeps me honest.
